Process Therapy Group
A space to be heard, understood, and supported.
This therapist-led group offers a supportive environment to explore your thoughts, emotions, and life experiences in connection with others. Whether you’re navigating stress, relationship challenges, grief, or personal growth, you don’t have to do it alone.
What Is a Process Group?
A process group is a form of therapy that focuses on interpersonal connection and shared experience. Members are encouraged to openly discuss what’s on their mind in the moment, gaining insight through both self-reflection and feedback from others.
This type of group helps you:
- Build deeper self-awareness
- Improve communication and relationship skills
- Feel less alone in your experiences
- Practice expressing thoughts and emotions in a safe space
Who This Group Is For
This group is open to adults (18+) who are looking for a supportive space to process life’s challenges. You don’t need a specific issue to join—just a willingness to engage, reflect, and connect with others.
