Group therapy offers a supportive space to connect with others, share experiences, and work through life’s challenges with guidance from a licensed therapist.

Benefits of Group Therapy

Some people may get overwhelmed by the idea of group therapy, but there are some great benefits for those who are open to it.

  • Group therapy gives you the opportunity to receive feedback from others in a supportive environment.

Grief/Loss

Grief & Loss Therapy Group (Starting soon)

You don’t have to grieve alone.

This group offers a supportive, therapist-led space to process grief from the loss of a loved one, changes in relationships, health, or life circumstances.

Who Should Join

This group is open to adults (18+) who are coping with grief or loss and want a safe, supportive space to explore their emotions. It provides an opportunity to connect with others who understand similar experiences, learn practical strategies for managing grief-related stress, and receive support in navigating the changes and adjustments that often come with loss.

Continuing Grief Process

Continuing Grief/Loss Process Therapy Group

A space to be heard, understood, and supported.

This therapist-led group offers a supportive environment to explore your thoughts, emotions, and life experiences in connection with others. Whether you’re navigating stress, relationship challenges, grief, or personal growth, you don’t have to do it alone.

What Is a Process Group?

A process group is a form of therapy that focuses on interpersonal connection and shared experience. Members are encouraged to openly discuss what’s on their mind in the moment, gaining insight through both self-reflection and feedback from others.

This type of group helps you:

  • Practice expressing thoughts and emotions in a safe space
  • Build deeper self-awareness
  • Improve communication and relationship skills
  • Feel less alone in your experiences

Who This Group Is For

This group is open to adults (18+) who are looking for a supportive space to process life’s challenges. You don’t need a specific issue to join—just a willingness to engage, reflect, and connect with others.

Chronic Illness

Chronic Illness Therapy Group (Starting soon)

Living with a chronic illness can be physically and emotionally overwhelming. This therapist-led group offers a supportive space to process the challenges of ongoing health conditions, connect with others who understand, and build tools for coping and resilience.

What This Group Is About

This group is designed to support individuals managing chronic illness, pain, or long-term health conditions. Beyond the physical impact, chronic illness often affects identity, relationships, mental health, and daily life.

In this group, you’ll have space to:

  • Talk openly about your experience in a safe, supportive environment
  • Connect with others who truly understand the challenges of chronic illness
  • Explore the emotional impact of ongoing health concerns
  • Learn coping strategies for stress, uncertainty, and life adjustments

Who This Group Is For

This group is open to adults (18+) who are living with chronic illness, persistent pain, or ongoing medical conditions. Whether you’ve been recently diagnosed or have been managing symptoms for years, you are welcome here.

What to Expect

Sessions are guided by experienced therapists who foster a respectful and confidential environment. Conversations are participant-driven, allowing you to share at your own pace while gaining insight, validation, and support from others facing similar challenges.
