Group Therapy

A space to be heard, understood, and supported.

Group therapy offers a supportive space to connect with others, share experiences, and work through life’s challenges with guidance from a licensed therapist.

Benefits of Group Therapy

Some people may get overwhelmed by the idea of group therapy, but there are some great benefits for those who are open to it.

  • Group therapy helps you realize you’re not alone.
  • Group therapy helps you find your “voice.”
  • Group therapy helps you relate to others (and yourself) in healthier ways.
  • Group therapy gives you the opportunity to receive feedback from others in a supportive environment.
  • Group therapy offers diverse perspectives, and can help you develop social and interpersonal skills.
  • Group therapy can be more cost-effective than individual therapy.

Here are some of the groups we offer at Foundations Counseling:

  • Feel less alone in your experiences
