Anna Vaught, LCSW
Staff Therapist
Anna is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and considers it an honor and privilege to walk with her clients as they choose a healing path to a better life. Anna’s overall approach is client-centered, creating a safe space to explore and challenge what is holding you back or impeding a healthy mind and body.
Anna partners with adolescents, adults, couples, families, and veterans. She incorporates a variety of theories and modalities, such as Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Solution Focused Therapy. Anna is certified in EMDR and also provides EMDR case consultation services.
Anna believes that while our past plays a role in who and where we are in the present, it does not have to define the future.
