Kara English, LPC, LCDC
Staff Therapist

Kara’s extensive professional experience includes providing mental health and addiction services within criminal justice, hospital, state, and nonprofit settings. Working across these diverse environments has given her a broad perspective on the challenges individuals face and the many different paths that can lead toward healing and meaningful change.
In her work with clients, Kara provides a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where individuals can explore their experiences, better understand the patterns affecting their lives, and develop practical strategies for moving forward. She recognizes that every client’s circumstances are different and believes counseling should reflect each person’s individual needs, strengths, and goals.
