Hannah McConnell, LCSW-S
Staff Therapist

Hannah is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 14 years of experience in settings including public and private schools, outpatient clinics, primary care, and community mental health. She loves working with kids and teens of all ages and values working together with families to help kids thrive. Hannah also enjoys working with parents facing challenging dynamics with their kids, or navigating the many struggles that come along with modern parenting.
Through genuine connection and understanding, Hannah creates a space where people feel safe to share, learn and grow at their own pace. She enjoys helping clients identify their values, goals, obstacles, and steps towards where they want to be. Hannah also recognizes there are many challenges in life that we cannot change or control, and she works together with people to build different ways to think about and cope with these hard parts of life.
In her free time, Hannah enjoys family game night with her husband and young daughter, watching NBA basketball, reading, spending time in nature and drinking great coffee.
