Kara English is a seasoned Licensed Professional and Chemical Dependency Counselor with over 30 years of combined experience in Counseling, Coaching, Training, and Administration. 

Kara has provided mental health and addiction services in the Criminal Justice, Hospital, State, and not for profit systems.  

Kara enjoys reading about criminal justice and watching crime shows.  She is an avid animal lover – “Dogs are definitely man’s best friend.”  One of her personal beliefs is that caffeine and exercise are underrated.
