Meredith Kriz is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Supervisor with two decades of experience. As the founder and owner of Foundations Counseling, Meredith supports the clinicians and staff to create a supportive and non-judgmental atmosphere where people can heal and reach their full potential.
Meredith created Foundations Counseling to provide a nurturing therapeutic environment where clinicians can develop their clinical skills, collaborate with other exceptional clinicians, and provide the best possible care to clients.
In her spare time, Meredith loves spending time with her family, friends, and pets. She also loves to travel, read, and is currently obsessing over her newly found hobby in ceramics.
