Tasha Pinter, LPC
Staff Therapist

Tasha Pinter is a Licensed Professional Counselor who helps children, teens and adults who are working through trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief, and life changes. She has extensive knowledge working with veterans, survivors of assault, and those facing overwhelming stress.
Tasha believes that no one wants to be analyzed, and that therapy is not a cold, clinical exchange or a one-sided conversation. Tasha believes that real therapy is about connection. It’s a space where you can talk, be heard, and feel understood without fear. It’s a place where you can be honest without feeling judged. Choosing to start your therapeutic journey can be intimidating and stressful, which is why Tasha strives to provide a safe therapeutic environment, where you feel comfortable sharing your story.
Tasha takes a realistic but optimistic approach to therapy. That means that together, you’ll look at your challenges honestly, and also focus on your strengths and how you can grow. Together, you’ll set clear, achievable goals and celebrate your progress along the way.
In her spare time, Tasha enjoys spending time with her dogs, going to farmers markets, cooking/baking, and reading.
